Duration of the challenge: 1 May 2025 to 31 Jan 2026
All activities to be completed outdoors.
Up to July 30th, runs/walks shorter than 500m are not accepted
From August 1st, runs/walks shorter than 1 KM are not accepted
Runs/walks with pace slower than 20 min / km is not acceptable.
Indoor activities are not allowed.
Treadmill runs are accepted if it is tracked using a smart watch on treadmill mode with HR data shown.
All runs should be on strava and privacy set to public with maps shown.
Running has to be done by the runner themselves.
Giving phone / watch to another person is not allowed.
Use of any vehicles is not allowed.
Casual walks are not allowed. (eg: walks to office from parking lot and reverse is not allowed)
Scoring System

| 50 members run at least once per month | 50 points
| Top 3 selected every 2 weeks | 1 point
| Longest run(distance) every 2 week | 1 point
| Longest run (duration) every 2 weeks | 1 point
Penalties
If any member is found to use motorcycle, bicycle,any vehicle to do runs, a fine of 5 points will be deducted from the team and runner will be disqualified for the next month.
If any member helps another member to cheat, 10 points will be deducted per person from the teams they represent and both runners will be disqualified for the next month.
Any distance that was added by cheating will be removed from the challenge.
