Registration & Payment:

• All participants must register through the registration process before the deadline.
• Participants must understand the risks involved.
• Registration for participants under 18 must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
• Participants participate at their own risk and consent.
• Changes in registrations allowed with fees before specific deadlines.
• Last-minute changes in race category not allowed.
• No refunds under any circumstances.
• Personal data may be shared with third parties for event-related purposes.
• Participants consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes.
• No refunds for specially designated sporting events due to unforeseeable circumstances.
• Participants consent to the use of their photos and media recordings by the event organizers.
• Event schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Runner Entitlements:

• Physical races: Race Bib, Race Tee Shirt & Cap.
• Finisher entitlements: Finisher Medal

Race Kit Collection:

• Collected from designated location during specified times.

Race Day:

• Participants must follow instructions of organizers and staff.
• Non-compliance with regulations may result in disqualification.
• Race bibs are personal and non-transferable.
• Participants must respect instructions provided by the Organizing Committee.

Race Results:

• Official time is from the starting gunshot.
• Results published 1 weeks after the race.

EXPO Schedule:

• Date and details of any expo events will be announced 10 days before the run.
