Terms and Conditions

General Rules

• Upon confirmation of the registration, no further change regarding the selected t-shirt size of the runner is allowed. 
• Upon confirmation of the registration, transfer of registration to another event, or any changes to registrations is not allowed. 
• Upon confirmation of the registration, no refunds are allowed.
• Participants must be fully aware of the risks involved in their participation in the race, in regards to possible injury, damages, or harm to their health.
• Every runner participates in the event at his/her own free will.
• Every runner participates in the event on his/her own responsibility and bears full responsibility as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
• At irunners, for each race we always have a limited number of slots available because we choose quality over quantity. Where does the registration fee go? Organizing a virtual event is not a small feat, website design, hosting, database design, medal design, tee shirt design, marketing and thousands of hours we have spent over the year to bring this event.

Challenge Distances

1- RoadhaRun Challenge 50KM

• Participants have to run or walk a total of 50km in the month of Ramadan.

2- RoadhaRun Challenge 100KM

• Participants have to run or walk a total of 100km in the month of Ramadan.

3- RoadhaRun Challenge 150KM

• Participants have to run or walk a total of 150km in the month of Ramadan.

4- RoadhaRun Challenge 300KM

• Participants have to run or walk a total of 300km in the month of Ramadan.

Virtual Run Distances
1- RoadhaRun 5KM

• Runners have to run 5KM in a single activity to win this medal.

2- RoadhaRun 10KM

• Runners have to run 10KM in a single activity to win this medal.

3- RoadhaRun 21.1KM

• Runners have to run 21.1KM in a single activity to win this medal.

Registration For Distance Challenges

• All participants must register through the online registration portal. 
• Registration fee for Distance Challenge Medal Kit is MVR 150 for any of the challenges. 
• Registration fee for Distance Challenge Full Kit is MVR 350 for any of the challenges. 
• Medal Kit includes a finisher medal and a digital bib.
• Full Kit includes a challenge tee shirt, finisher medal and a digital bib.

Registration For Virtual Runs

• Registration fee for Virtual Run Medal Kit is MVR 150 per distance.
• Registration fee for Virtual Run  Full Kit is MVR 350 per distance.
• Registration includes a finisher medal (upon finishing) and a digital bib.
• Participants have the option to buy a Challenge Tee Shirt. 
• Medal Kit includes a finisher medal and a digital bib.
• Full Kit includes a challenge tee shirt, finisher medal and a digital bib.

Distance Challenge Rules

• Runners are required to use Strava running app to track their runs. 
• Runners have to run at least 10 days in Ramadan to qualify and claim Finisher Medal. 
   Runners have to upload their run stats or run’s information to website portal after every run. 
• Finisher Medals can be earned only after completion of the challenge.

Virtual Run Rules

• Virtual runs can be run on any day during Ramadan.
• Virtual runs are open for everyone.
• Finisher Medals can be earned only after completion of the run distance in a single run.

Registration Dates

• RoadhaRun Challenge and Virtual Run Registrations will open on March 18th
• Registrations will close on April 10th

Medal & Tee Shirt Collection

• Race medals/tee shirts must be personally collected by the registered runners from Family Room Coffee, Hulhumalé.
• A registered runner may authorise another person to collect his/her medal/tee shirt on his/her behalf, as mentioned above, presenting an authorisation by the registered runner on the responsibility, of the latter, as well as a copy of the ID card or other legal identification document (for example passport, driving license) of the registered runner.
• In order to collect race medals and race tee shirts, it is required, in addition to presenting ID card or other legal identification document (e.g. passport, driving license) of the registered runner, to also present a copy of the “confirmation e-mail ” or SMS that is sent to all registered runners.
• Race tee shirts and medals that are not properly collected during the announced days and hours, may not be collected under any circumstances thereafter. irunners will not be responsible for uncollected items. 

Awards

Lucky Draw

• Winner will be selected by a Facebook live event at  on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 28th of Ramadan 1444.
• Time of the lucky draw - 4PM.
• Lucky draw terms and conditions have to be followed by everyone. 
• It may vary for different weeks as some sponsors may be added. 
• Updated terms for lucky draws will be updated on our social media channels for every week.
